PC won't boot, Fan Spin, No beep error code.

So, I just got an old computer from one of my friends. He said it’s been it is room for a year. The computer turns on, the fan start spinning but no output to the monitor.

What I have tried to fix the problem:

1. Unplug and plug back all the cable on the mother board and peripheral, does the same thing. 
2. Recited the CPU and applied new thermal compounds, does the same thing. 
3. I took the graphic card and I tested it in my own computer, and I work.
4. I cleaned the memory channel and try new ram, does the same thing. 
5. I swap the PSU for my personal one, does the same thing. 
6. I changed the CMOS battery for a new one, does the same thing. 
7. Reset CMOS using the jumper, does the same thing. 
8. Flash the latest version of the bios using the on-board function (allows you to flash the bios without going to the bios), does the same thing.

Here are the specs that I know for sure:

• Processor: AMD FX processor doesn’t know with one it is
• Graphique Card: Gigabyte AMD R927XOC-2G
• RAM: 8G HyperX DDR3
• Motherboard: Asus m5a97 r2.0
• HDD: 500G Western Digital Hard Drive
• PSU: Raidmax Thunder V2 735 80+ brown.

I tried the monitor on my main PC an it does work
