need upgrade advice

Hello guys, 

 

so I'm planning to upgrade from my old dell laptop and I need some advice on what I should get for a PC.

I'm mainly going to play only cs;go, rocket league, a little gta V and fortnite.

I am thinking of getting a dell optiplex and upgrading it, however I do not know what GPU I should get.

This is the optiplex im planning to upgrade:

What GPU and power supply (if needed) should I get for these, and should I get them?

My total budget is around 200eur.

this would be the powersupply, then pick up an rx570 or rx 580

then something like this, spend the rest on getting the adapter for the motherboard 10/14 pin from ebay (i dont know the actual pincount for it)
