So recently i build a pc and and installed windows10 on it and ofc i tried to see if everything was running good i installed CPU-Z and saw that everything
was looking good but then i opened task manager and i saw that it had 16gb ram and memory usage was on 8gb of 16gb and other half was hardware reserved.

So i was thinking that maybe didn't put the rams in right slots.

I changed one stick in the slot and turned on when i got in windows nothing was changed.

So i tried to run pc with one with first stick to see what happen and pc was turning on it said 8gb no reserve everything normal then i tried with only second 8gb stick and pc didn't boot up.

I tried to change that second stick in other slots and same nothing pc not booting up.

I really not understand whats wrong in BIOS is written that it has 16gb rams when i have both sticks in it.

Is second RAM faulty?

Any of you can help me would appreciate it.

Sounds like Windows 10 got really hungry,

These days Windows 10 just does whatever it  wants.

The times when the user has full control of his Windows OS are over, unless you use the Server variant.
