ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

I've been getting this error when I try to enter some specific websites like wikipedia, I get it on every browser so it's not my browser, also I stop getting this error when I turn on my vpn.

Yes, this is only happening on my personal PC, the rest of my devices inside of my network seem to access these websites with no problems.
Yes, I've tried restarting my router, didn't work.
Yes, I've tried changing my DNS, didn't work.
Yes, I've ran a virus scan, nothing came up.
Yes, I've tried incognito mode, didn't work.
Yes, I've done a network reset several times, didn't work.

The only way I've found to deal with this issue is to use a VPN, which isn't a reliable solution.

I hope someone can help me!

That error will show up if for some reason your ISP has blocked a certain website. I would also think it has something to do with ISP because of the VPN fixing the problem. Maybe take a look at that and see if your ISP has those specific sites blocked.

I don't think so, everything's working fine on my other devices.
