When I play games(every game) I have huge GPU spikes (picture below) power consumption is stable there is no spikes its about 80-100W max 120, clock speed is on default settings 1342 mhz 1150mV only what i changed in gpu settigs is gpu fan curve ... when i play games when I set my fps to unlimited I got easy 180-200 fps in some games on low-medium settings but my game on my 144hz monitor feels like its cca 80fps its defenitly not smooth, but when i cap my fps to 144fps it feels so much smoother then 180-200 fps and because of gpu spikes when i cap fps to 144 frames are dropping to 100-110 and game dosent feel smooth like it should be.

I have latest gpu driver: Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2 Recommended (WHQL)..latest bios for motherboard F51 newest chipset driver and the same problem was on every previous driver i had also i tried to install new windows installing gpu driver using ddu in safe mode then installing in normal mode. My temps when i play games are fine gpu between 60-70 degrees cpu around 60 degrees,  its defenitly not overheating. While playing games my cpu usage is about 40-50%

Just now, Esquirez said:

because i have gpu spikes anyway and when i cap fps to 144 my fps drops below 100..

your gpu runs as fast as it can given the situation , clearly it can only go as fast as the device thats holding it back , capping it to 144 is slowing the gpu down to a speed that the rest of the machine can handle.

whether its the cpu or bus speeds or drives or whatever that is holding it back is a question for the resource monitor.
