OBS replay buffer causes input lag

So there's this option on streamlabs OBS where u can record the last whatever time of seconds or minutes for me i put it on 30 seconds basically its like instant replay on nvidia shadowplay. Unfortunately, when i turn on this option i get input lag in game where my mouse actions are delayed in game. Though when i use instant replay on nvidia i have no input lag so is there any solution to this? these are my OBS settings.
