Specs and temps?

Any reason why you're looking for a kit as opposed to standalone fans?

Hmm, I personally use ThermalTake Pure Plus 12. It comes with 3 fan and a proprietary controller (as their fan uses proprietary USB 2.0 header). You need TT RGB Plus software to control the controller. You need an empty USB 2.0 header from your motherboard (or micro USB) and a Molex type power cable (or Floppy Disk Drive type power).

Fan speed can be adjusted manually or automatically (but it only takes your CPU temperature reading only).

You can customise the LED lighting from the controller. Unfortunately, you can't synchronised your LED lighting with your motherboard.

Further details at their official link:

Note: There is also ARGB variants, and this ARGB fans come with standard PWM cable and ARGB (5V) cable. The ARGB cable can be daisy chain. They also include ARGB controller as well if you don't have a motherboard with ARGB port. You don't need a software for these type.
