Upload speeds

Hi, so I'm wanting to start folding and enter the event, but I'm not sure my internet is up to the task. My down is 3.8mbps and upload is less than 1mbps, averages about 650kbps with spikes up to 1 Mbps. Is this fast enough?

 

(also, this has nothing to do with this but i keep getting this error: Receive error: 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine

Is this a thing on their end? if not how do I fix it?)

That should be fine.

 

You only need an internet connection when downloading a new work unit or uploading a completed one. It varies depending on the project, but typically around 20MB to 50MB or so file size for the projects.
