linux Install WiFi adapter drivers

I just installed pop!_os and an 90% new to lunix. My computer has an external WiFi adapter on it. A techkey 1200mpbs dual band. This Wifi adapter has drivers that need to be installed for it to work. I can't find a way to install the drivers from a tar file. I have no way to connect to the internet on that computer.
