What GPU should I choose?

I am looking to by a GPU. I want to use it for gaming for games like gta v, overwatch and red ded. Just wondering what I should get. I am looking towards maybe a 1660 super or a 1650 super. I don't know which one is better value.

 

here are my PC specs:

 

gigabyte Z97X-SLI - motherbaord
EVGA supernova 650 gt (650 watts) - power supply
Core i7 4790K - Core
Windows 10
The case is also pretty big

About the same price as the 1650 super or the 1660 super not higher. I amj more looking at comparing which one is more worth it as currently I have no graphics card.
