GPU Troubleshoot Please Help!!

I just built my PC a couple months ago and lately my PC has been doing this thing where i take ages to load into a game. In Rainbow Six Siege I am taking like 3-5 minutes to load in and even in Overwatch I take longer than usual. The thing is it does this sometimes if i restart my computer it usually goes away and goes back to normal. I turn all my settings down in game and am running a 2060 SUPER with a Ryzen 5 2600. If somebody could get tell me what going on or potentially going on that'd be great!

does that cpu have integrated graphics? if so tey swapping to them to see if lag is present after same time ammount. if it is with apporpiate lowered settings. and i do not know much about rainbow six but with a card like that you shouldnt have issue. maybe your internet is slow? overwatch is online so could be it.

Do you have your games on a HDD? It might be the issue.

no my games are on SSD

No my cpu doesn't have integrated graphics. I'm pretty sure its mostly all the textures thats loading in slow because ion the overwatch hero screen the hero preview takes a couple seconds to load and same with the operators in r6s menu. What's concerning me is that it only does this sometimes and other times I instaload and go heaps smooth

I also get occasional crashes from time to time but now they're happening more often
