windows store error Code: 0x80073CFE

my windows store cant update or download anything. the download starts for a couple of seconds and then stops with that error code. anyone knows how to fix this?

You can try clearing the cache for the store by pressing the windows key and r, or searching run, then typing wsreset.exe, then click ok. You can also try going to settings, updates and security, then troubleshoot, then click run the troubleshooter for windows store app.

i tried all solution provided in microsoft's forum including yours but nothing works. i'm on the verge of reinstalling now. nothing seems to fix it
