Help me GPU USAGE BAD

Please someone help me I just replaced my extension 2400g with a Ryzen 2600 because it was bottlenecking my gtx 1070 and now my full system is 

r5 2600 using stock cooler 

asrock b350 atx k4 fatality 

Gtx 1070 strix

2666 8gb ram

1tb HDD

 

The problem is my usage for the gpu is really bad and sitting around 50% I know I have slow ram but it shouldn’t decrease usage by nearly 50% and I know I put the cpu on properly as its temps are fine always below 60 and the usage is nothing out of the normal it’s just my gpu 

 

I play Fortnite all low settings and only getting no more than 144 FPS in game someone help me

You can use task manager to see what apps are using GPU by going over to the right and it will show GPU usage.

Ctrl + Shift + Esc, or right-click on the start button and go to Task Manager, or Ctrl + Alt + Del and select task manager.  Under the Processes tab (primary by default), click on GPU to sort by percent usage.

Fortnite isn’t going above 60% so what’s wrong with my pc lol
