Laptop Battery

I just received my laptop from geek squad for ASUS warranty service, and they replaced the motherboard, but now the laptop shuts off immediately when unplugged. HWinfo found nothing wrong with the battery. I've already tried turning it on and off again with the battery plugged and unplugged, and reinstalling the battery drivers. What else can I do?

 

My laptop is the GA502DU
