I would say "an" because M when pronounced sounds like "em". I'm pretty sure that's how it works too.

Sorry about it. I can't help you much. I've only used an MX518 which I love, but was wearing out, so I transitioned to a Kone XTD. If you don't get a lot of responses here, just do some basic research

Pros : super comfortable

Rgb LEDs

Lots of buttons

Cons : I'm personally not a fan of the rough finish on the mouse but its not a big deal.

Don't mind the rough finish but i got relatively large hands so how might it suite me?

I think the mouse is better suited for those with medium sized hands but it looks like big hands should have no problem with it. You never know until you try.
