Windows 10 Pro

System is having lag spikes , reboot the system , load to desktop as each program in the startup loads the system goes in to a lag frenzy the mouse freezes up for a few seconds until all the programs are loaded this does this when any program in the system starts up no matter when, there is no lag when playing games.

I added the SSD after the lag thinking maybe it was the sata drive acting up but the system still continues to do it.

I have stress tested the system it doesn't crash the video card benches decent for what I use it for all other testing to hard drive and memory pass inspection and are working as they should be I don't understand seems to be going on after switching to windows 10.

Lag spikes like as if the mouse is being disabled froze in it's current position.

They are in slot 2 & 4 it's doesn't say if they are duel channel then again it doesn't say they are single either just says they can be over clocked and all that blah blah but I don't overclock they are running stock settings

Aside from four different colors, the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 memory kit is available in Dual Channel and Quad Channel memory configuration. You can choose from different speeds; ranging from 2133MHz up to 4400MHz, and capacities from 8GB up to 128GB (16GB per stick).

Thanks for the help @boggy77 it seems to have worked for the most part the mouse doesn't stick as long as it was and it has improved the problem oddly it only does it on the booting up and during software installation doesn't do it any other time not even when playing a game. if any further ideas I would be open to testing them out i've never had a system freeze up in such a way.
