Hey folks 

I bought a used graphices card which is asus rx5700xt. When i tried to turn on the pc with this card installed. The pc didn't even went to the bios. The vga led light turned on the motherboard and then it was stuck there. 

Can anybody explain whats going on? I updated the motherboard bios tonthe latest version.

The previous gpu was rx580 and it runs okay when i plug it back in.

Other pc components are

*motherboard-msi b450 carbon pro ac

*cpu-ryzen 5 3600x

*ram-corsair lpx 3000mhz

*psu-gigabyte b700h 700w

Did the seller tell you what that card was used for because it sounds like a bad power delivery form the ocb of the card it self but just to make sure try dduing the GPU then see what happens

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Uninstalling all the GPU drivers and downloading a fresh install of the drivers
