PC Stuttering

Lately, when watching YouTube or playing games, my PC stutters for a fraction of second, seemingly randomly. It happens most of the time, even if I don't have a big program running in the background. I have already tried updating my drivers, I have replaced my PSU (other issue, but could be relevant).

Everything is performing well except for my SSD, but in the Samsung Magician app it says the drive's health is good. Could this be causing the issue.

If anyone has any past experience or knows what is causing the problem, please help me out. Thank you!

no, less than 50%

Download display driver uninstaller (DDU). Let that run it's course and reinstall your graphics driver.

 

User benchmark is not a very reliable performance benchmark, but the speeds on your SSD should be much higher.

 

Try using crystal disk and re-run the speeds.

For the DDU all I have to do is Clean and Restart, correct?

And for the SSD, according to Samsung Magician the drive is healthy and in good condition, only about 45% used up.
