Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver

Hi i have a HP Stream - 11-ak0001na netbook and had to reinstall windows because of problems resetting the pc,

Will i be ok with what ever drivers device manager installs because i cant install any of the hp drivers anymore because it says they dont support my os.

Im only really worried about the intel dynamic platform and thermal framework driver because the netbook doesnt have a fan for the cpu and that driver controls the heat of the cpu.

device manager installed dynamic tuning processor participant which i think serves the same purpose.

basically do i have to worry about my pc combusting because i dont have the hp drivers or am i overthinking this. as i dont want to go through the hassle of trying to install the hp drivers somehow.

Overthinking.  The celeron has thermal software that is downloaded and updated by either your OS or your BIOS.  You don't need to get teh HP specific one.

Run a stress test and watch the temps and speed stabilize.

If your laptop wasn't overheating before without a fan why would it overheat now? Anyway there's protection built in that shutdown the PC if the temps are too hot, but you could monitor them with a utility like HWMonitor if you want.
