what are your uses? because unless what you are doing is very CPU intensive, you should get a 3600 or 3700x instead and get an RTX 2080 SUPER. You could also get a cheaper ssd like a sabrent rocket.

That cooler is overpriced. You could get a 360mm AIO for less (Arctic Liquid Freezer II,  Alphacool Eisbaer LT360 or CoolerMaster ML360R etc). Of course you would need to make sure the case can fit a 360mm.

 

Same goes for the board. A Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite is cheaper. If you want Asus then the X570 TUF board is around the same price as the Elite.

 

The Ram is expensive for 32GB. The Kingston RGB kit is £60 or so cheaper.

 

Samsung SSD's are good but you can get better value with other Brands. The WD Blue SN550 for example. Double the capacity for an extra £10.

 

You can drop the psu down to 650W.
