I am building my first pc and I would like some advice on storage and GPU. This will be for gaming. I would appreciate any other advice you could give. I wanted to pay about $1,200 or less

So far I am going to be using these parts

Case- 200r (I already got the case)

CPU- I5 3570k

PSU- corsair TX 650

Motherboard- Asrock LGA 1155 extreme 3

Ram- Corsair vengeance 1600MHz

Storage- I do not know what to use

GPU- Not sure

For Storage I wanted to know if I should get an SSD for a boot drive and use a regular hard drive for everything else. What are good drives to do this with? Also I wanted to spend around 300 or less on graphics cards and be Nvidia. I will not be using AA very much and will run at 1920 by 1080. I was thinking of running 650 Ti boost in sli or getting 660 Ti. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My rig  case- Graphite 600t white CPU-i5 3570k OC 4.0Ghz RAM- 8gb Vengeance memory HDD-WD Black 1tb PSU-tx650 GPU- MSI 770 gameing edition 2gb , gtx 650 1gb Motherboard- asrock extreme 3 z77 Fan controller- NZXT sentry lx CPU cooler- H60 Peripherals- g300 mouse G630 headset k70 silver cherry mx red switches  my free nas nas Case- Dell something.. 1.  Go with a SSD (Plextor M5 pro xtreme or an Intel SSD) for a boot drive and then a regular hard drive for storage

2.  Generally it will be more worthwhile to get one better card rather than 2 650 ti's.

Agree. Single 660ti is a good card. Get a good brand like EVGA or Asus. Seagate Barracudas are great and good value for storage.

Current build: Antec P180, Asus P8Z68 Pro, Intel i5-2500k, Asus GTX 570 2GB, Patriot 16GB 1600MHz, Corsair HX 650W.

I personally would get an SSD for you boot drive and 3.5"'s for storage. I agree with the others, you can't go wrong with a 660Ti! :D

WD Blacks are awesome. However the Seagate Barracudas are cheaper, kinda the same performance. I haven't tried any of the latest models, so I can't speak from personal experience. Someone else wanna chime in?

I wouldn't like to say, though I don't think you can go wrong with a WD Black, good choice!
