The cheapest MSI Gaming on ebay goes for 130€, but cheaper GTX 970 models go for 90€-110€

I got a zotac gtx 970 for 100$ canadian two years ago ... I can spot some under 100 $ on kijiji from time to time and there's plenty between 100$ to 150$ that have a hard time selling.  It just depend how long you want the card to sit in a box.  Just try a higher negotiable price and start from there.  It also depend if there's a lot of used ones for sale in your area.  Also check the price of comparable cards and start from there.
