0% GPU usage in game

I was playing some Call of Duty Modern Warfare when i noticed something strange. My cpu usage was at very high usage while my gpu as very low. i notice this in very much games. 

I have: 

 

Intel Core i5 @ 3.00GHz

16.0GB DDR4 RAM

2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (HP)

 

Does anyone now how i can solve this. maybe it is an driver issue or is it just an bottleneck?

Laptop? Check the detailed graphs. You're probably looking at the iGPU usage here.

Is the game running fine? It could just be a reporting error.

Yes, I get 60fps constant but sometimes it   freezes for a second but maybe i just got my setting to high

You could use an in-game overlay from either Nvidia or msi afterburner, they will show gpu percentage. If you are getting 60fps, I would say it is just a bug.

Make sure the Gapau is active with GPU-Z and select the proper GPU to monitor

Yes thanks I used msi overlay and found it was jast a bug
