I have  a issue with my CPU I believe and it`s really frustrating, it goes up to 100% load with only PUBG running(around 85%-95% load only from the game)
Is it a software problem or a mechanical problem?
My CPU is a I5 7600k 3.8 GHz
NVidia GPU GTX 1070
And I do have an SSD.
I`ve tried everything, even went to some specialist but even he couldn't identify the problem because in BENCHMARKS everything work properly

CPU temp in game of processor does not go above 48*, tested with MSI afterburner, although I noticed that the GPU is around 65/75 load only..
RAM is almost always at half capacity used, I have 16 GB of ram and it stays around 8.4gb max used.
The SSD has 60gb left of capacity, which I believe is pretty good.
I did the malware scan with Malwarebytes, did not find anything, though I tried with HitmanPro antivirus and at around 28% of the scan my computer crashed, with the error that said boot from usb key.
Also did a safeboot with windows and then ran Malwarebytes still nothing..

Oh yeah and my windows was just reinstalled and I did wiped everything.. even tried with a new SSD stil same problem.

PUBG is a very CPU intensive game, it's normal for your CPU to be pegged while the other components have less usage.

Temps are fine as well.

I know it is but I ve been using the PC and never had a problem with it, it started to act like this like 2 weeks ago. Also you can see in the second picture that PUBG is not running and the CPU is 83% load. I installed a driver for NVidia and the CPU load was like 75% soo it`s not only with PUBG

Are there a bunch of Windows updates running in the background?  If it's a new installation there very well might be.  The high CPU and disk usage from a Windows host process are why I'm asking.  There might be a way to see exactly what that process is doing at the time of high usage (looking at the details/properties for example).

I had some weird freeze in-game I was playing everything alright and the screen just froze for like 7 seconds while some enemy was engaging.. so I guess when there s a lot of action is going on the CPU goes crazy but with the MSI everything looks pretty good, I don't understand what`s going on..

High in game CPU usage is normal, like you show above (even though CPU usage is showing high in the game screenshot, you actually appear to be GPU limited given the 98 percent utilization).  High CPU usage when NOT gaming, like you show further above, is not normal unless there is a Windows update or something expected running the background.  You didn't clarify, so I'll assume nothing expected is running.

Did you ever run another virus scan?  In you original post you said it failed.  You may have something running in the background you don't know about.

What power supply do you have?  Long shot, but if it's an older lower watt unit it might be having issues.
