Dual monitor setup

Hey guys,
*insert Bernie Sanders meme here* I am once again asking for your advice. I'm looking to buy dual monitor setup for my new upcoming PC build which will consist of R5 3600 with RTX 2070 Super ,but I can't decide how to make better gaming setup:

  • two 24" 1080p 75/144hz monitors; (right now looking at 2x Samsung LC24RG50FQUXEN or HP 24x)
  • 1 main monitor with larger display, resolution ande 144hz and second one cheap 1080p monitor; (not decided yet)

My budget is ~£350 which will be ~$430. Which one setup would you suggest?

Two monitors is a must for me. I use both of them everytime so I would go for that. 144hz is btw also worth the money.
