Since you're working with game development, I think a GPU would be important in the picture, but don't forget that you have to compile. I'd say a Ryzen 5 (or even a 7) and a GTX 1660 for now, since Blender works well with CUDA. Make sure you get a board with enough lanes to run an RTX card, since those are practically indispensable for Blender (the Cycles Render Engine is ray-traced). Make sure you have decently fast RAM, since Ryzen feeds off RAM.
