Does this sound normal?

Hi ive got a rtx 2070 and a i7 6700 with 16gb ram. Im getting 100-140fps on low/normal setting 1080p call of duty warzone it sometimes dips down to 80 in combat situations in the cities. Does this sound right? The usage is GPU around 80% and cpu is around 70%.

Should i upgrade CPU?
