I want to build my first PC & I need your help! I want to share with you the parts I'm getting, they seem compatible, although finding the right power brick, RAM & motherboard seems tricky. Here are the parts:

I'm looking for a case but i think that's the easiest part. I'm missing the RAM because i don't know how to choose. Also i went with the RTX 2070 SUPER, which i think is a sweet spot for gaming & productivity. Is there anything i need to know about motherboards, cables, RGB, power supplies, thermal paste?

taichi is a bit expensive. you can save $100 by getting the asus x570 tuf, it's a very good board.

the psu is pretty bad. get a txm or rmx from corsair (550w are enough) or a bequiet straigt power or a bitfenix formula or whisper.

for ram, get a 2x8gb kit of 3600C16 or 2x16 if you need 32gb (for example for 4k video editing)

the stock cooler comes with pre-applied thermal paste. you only need to buy thermal paste if you upgrade with a new cooler.

Any ram that is either 3600mhz with CL16, or 3200 with CL14 or lower.

Do NOT get that powersupply, refer to the PSU tier list when choosing, you want at least tier B. Corsair's RM models will better suite you. Corsair RM650 or higher.
