Due to this sudo-thingy it's probably Debian based, maybe an Ubuntu-derivative like Mint.

Or are you more interested in the desktop-environment?

Base on the color theme, it look like Manjaro KDE.

I agree with xAcid9, it appears to be Manjaro running KDE

I can confirm it's Manjaro KDE. I've been fiddling with Linux for quite a bit recently and only KDE has that 3 lines "Desktop" button in top right corner. Also "Konsole" for the terminal. Other distros just call it "Terminal".

 

EDIT:

This was just identification of the KDE interface btw, I know it's Manjaro because LTT guys are using it in most of their videos and they often mention it as well. It's not a bad distro actually, I quite like it actually, but it has to be in KDE version coz Gnome suuuuuuuuuucks so hard.
