Buying a laptop

Hi i am looking to get a laptop but I don’t know which one or with which specs

 

i am going to use it for

 

school

game development in unity

programming

and some simple gaming if possible

 

what I want

good performance everything being fast

good battery

good design

not too extremely heavy not like 3 kilos

13 14 or 15 inch
