I need a recommendation for a new psu and a gpu upgrade. Now for gpu should I get something current gen? Or wait till next gen comes out which will probably June for Nvidia.

Get a cheaper keyboard and get a better motherboard. While it is fine with the B450, you are still pairing high end chip with mid tier budget motherboard, get a X570 board.

I recommend the Asus X570 Prime.

I've had the keyboard since 2016 soooo yeah lol and the whole setup for months.

Ah, my bad. 2080 super should give you what you want, in terms of gaming, base on your monitor. Your PSU is fine even with the 2080 super.

So.... what are you here for again? Recommendations? You've already bought everything. If it works, why change anything?

Did you run into any sort of issues with your GPU? Sure it is technically on the "old" side today, but it should still be able to run most games just fine, albeit at lower settings. I'd say wait until next gen. To either grab a current-gen GPU that's heavily discounted or the new GPUs.

Gpu is out dated and can't do 165hz on my monitor 144 is as high as it can hit

if i was going to upgrade anything i would go for making both of my monitors the same as will look so much better on the desk. Apart from that just look to upgrading your Graphics card to get the best quality from your games.
