Help with build

Hi. I'm new to this forum, so sorry if I'll post this somewhere where it shouldn't belong. Anyway, I wanted to upgrade my pc, but it got to the point where I need to upgrade the whole setup. I'm studied a lot, but I'm still not sure if this is a good build. So my request is if you'd be that kind and tell me what you have in mind about this build. Even minor details would be nice. Also sorry for my english.

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070S Gaming OC 
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x8GB 3600 MHz
MB: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max 
SSD: Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB 
PSU: Corsair RMx 750W
Cooler: SPC Fortis 3 RGB
Fans: 3x SPC Stella HP ARGB 120mm (back and top)
Case: Phanteks P400A 
OS: Windows 10 Pro

The build seems fine. The 750W PSU is a bit overkill though. A 650W unit is plenty. What components are you upgrading from?
