Sorry in advance, english isn't my main langage

I noticed the solid cpu red light on my mobo while my computer was off a couple days ago. But everythings works and boot normally (except for the amd driver issues, all device seems to work normally) and when pc is running i got no cpu light warning of any kind on my mobo. I did noticed that when i boot my pc, sometimes it randomly give me the following error :

"cpu fan speed error detected. Press f1 to enter bios"

But i've never paid much attention because it never prevent my pc from booting and from what i've seen on different forum, it seems to be a common bug.

Noticed that the solid cpu red light only appears when my pc is off and everythings still run normally when i boot my pc.

Built in january 2020 and it never happen before, since it has been build, the mobo was cycling every color related led code as it should which mean that everything is working properly (when the pc is off) I'm not a pro, just a curious enthusiast. Here's my build

Asus tuf x570 gaming plus (mobo)

Ryzen 3800x cpu (with standard wraith prism heatsink)

Radeon VII gpu

32gb Trident G.skill 3600 mhz ram (4×8)

Corsair 850 watts gold certified psu

Thanks for the help !

Usually the CPU fan speed error is do to the CPU cooler cable being plugged into either the wrong header or it could be loose or faulty. Best bet would be to see if you have it plugged into CPU_fan or CPU_opt, if it's in fan then that is the correct header, I'd reseat it just to be sure. If it still has an issue the cooler may need to be replaced. If the CPU debug LED is only on when the PC is powered down it could also function as a power indicator light. Is your bios and all important drivers up to date?
