PC Build advice?

Hello everyone!

I'm new to pc building and i've never built one in my life , i've done some research and I have decent ideas for all the parts.

I'm going for a Ryzen 5 3600 but I've read some issues online with the stock cooler people saying they hit around 90° C when they are gaming and the fan becomes really loud which seems really bad , so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with that maybe recommend me a cheap good cpu cooler or if these people were having other issues.

I was thinking about a budget around 900$ to 1000$ , don't wanna go above that cause i only got like 1300$ in total with the peripherals.

For the case I was thinking about Fractal design G , heard some good reviews on it and that it has really decent airflow for the price.

I'm all open for all sorts of recommendations.

Then there should be enough budget for at least the Hyper 212 Black or Arctic Freezer esports series.. Maybe you can spend more for the Scythe Mugen 5 Rev B
