Premiere Pro Benchmark tool

Are there any tools that allows us to benchmark the timeline playback performance in Premiere Pro?

I saw Linus' video about the RED Rocket graphics card: 

 and I want to know what tool he used to display all that FPS and dropped frames. 

Does anyone have any clue what he used? or any other benchmarking tool that allows me to use my own video file? Puget System's pugetbench doesn't allow me to use my own file so...
