Sound Blaster Audigy RX - Audio output buzzing

I got a Sound Blaster Audigy RX a few months ago, and for at least a month now I've been getting audio with buzzing sounds. I'm not exactly sure what triggers it. Sometimes it happens when I tab out of a video game, seek to a different time in a video I'm streaming, or let my computer fall asleep by itself.

If it happens when I'm streaming a video, it'll go away if I seek back to before where the buzzing started. Otherwise, I have to restart my computer for it to go away.

Here's an example of what it sounds like (most audible starting at 0:11)

Spoiler

Here's what I've tried:

  • Unplugging & re-plugging speakers back in
  • Plugging in my headphones (still buzzing, so it's not the speakers' fault)
  • Plugging in speakers to the front panel audio jack
  • Removing the sound card and putting it back in
  • Dusting out the audio jack

The buzzing can't be heard in screen captures, so I'd assume that means it's a hardware rather than software problem.

Is there anything else I should try before using my limited warranty to get it replaced?
