Hello recently I put in new thermal paste on my 3770k. I took out my h100 put a dab of thermal paste screwed my h100 back on and now my pc wont boot. I have a z77 sabertooth gtx 670 4gb sc ax 750. I don't think I bent a pin.I made sure to touch a piece of metal before doing this any help.

You dont take out the cpu when applying thermal paste normally. You might have gotten dust.

Most likely. Even blowing air damages it. Nver take out a CPU unless it's dead or upgrade!

No problem! Mistakes happen but remember one thing: More caution with more expensive things!

Best bet is to act like its a new build and go though every cable and connection, one by one. It happens so often easy to knock something out of place, good luck don't forget to let us know how you get on :-)
