Games are randomly alt tabbing and I don't know whats causing it.

It happens randomly in every game I play, not too often. Maybe once every half hour. I downloaded a program called windows focus logger to see what it was that was alt tabbing my game and when it happens I don't see anything pop up. I know the program is working because when I intentionally alt tab it shows up in the log. Thanks for the help.

Check to see if you have game mode enabled in windows and disable it

What other programs do you have open with the game? Close everything and only have the game running, and see if it still happens.

I updated my drivers and i am still having the issue. I will try to close programs and see whats causing it.
