problem with bluetooth microphone

Hello, I have a big problem with my phone, every time i connect my earphones and the car radio it works perfectly but when i try to call someone or record some vocal messages the phone uses the phone microphone instead of the bluetooth one. My phone is a Doogee N20 and it works really good and is a cheap phone but it has andorid 9.  LTT reviewed one of their though phones (and it was a really good video). Do you know how can i fix it?
