defect or just driver error?

Hello boys.....i have a little problem i guess? 
i just discovered that my pc gets too hot inside...my graphics card and cpu are cool like on 65C while i am playing but cause the cables are rampage in there and its a 2004 case ( and also probably cause i was too lazy) i began to smell a little bit of burnt plastic?? i bought a new case yesterday cause i am too worried.
ok now to the problem. I play some warhammer 2 vermintide and Total war wahammer..I have some crashes here and there but sometimes i get a Glitch on my desktop...(i linked a picture and my pc looks all the way like the half right of the error on the pic.) Also this happens when i restart my pc. like i see ("PRO SERIES" when i boot but the screen is flooded with that color error and shit...it goes back to normal tho)...........

Now i had an forced windows restart shit with that blue screen and that  emoji on the side. It was very fast but i could see that down there some error  with "Drivers" was down there..so i guess a Driver of something is old or has  an error? 
my drivers on graphics card and cpu are up to date since last 3 days so these 2 arent the ones i guess....Can my wireless internet adapter cause that error on windows? cause its not working sometimes and i have some problems with it.
