Fan Control Software for Surface Laptops?

So i'm not very tech literate and have been hunting around for software that allows me to control my fan's speed on the surface laptop 3. Only reason for this is because I live in a hotter part of the world and playing esports titles on this machine heats up most of the chassis. I'd like to at least slow that down or buffer it by preemptively blasting my fans while plugged in, before I open up one of these games so i'm not having my laptop get very toasty before the fans really kick in. 

Does anyone know any way of doing this?

Have you tried buying or building a sand which circulates air under the laptop? It helps remove hot air more quickly so only cooler room air gets sucked in.
