I have a MacOS Mojave iMac with the specs of 

My processor is 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5

My memory is 8 GB 2133 MHz DDR4

And my graphics is Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

Is my computer good?

good at what? It's certainly no gaming PC that's for sure, unless you love bloons tower defense.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

For a computer to be good it needs to have a purpose, then one can judge it's fitness for that purpose.

That must be the most average computer I've ever seen, lol. An i5 with 8gb of RAM and integrated graphics, you've got yourself a decent home/office computer good for the next 5 years probably. You certainly won't be running the latest triple A games well if at all, but you'll be able to power through spreadsheets like nobodies business.
