Hello i am wondering how i can use 2 mics for noise cancellation 1 as the main mic and the other 1 as the noise cancellation mic. I have heard of people doing this but i cant figure out how . Thanks!

If you want to do it via hardware, you need to connect them out of phase. If you don't know how to do that, tell us what connectors you have on the mics and we can go from there.

You can use deticated noise cancellation software with a single mic. Two that might be worth checking are "Sony Creative Noise Reduction" &  "SoliCall Pro".
