Hotspot problem.

I'm using my Samsung Galaxy Book2's hotspot till I get more on my phone and it works fine for downloading stuff but when I game it won't connect to servers, and my phone hotspot connects to servers right a way. I don't know what it is.

not sure what provider your using but some phone plans dont allow it (example metro pcs 40 dollar plan has no hotspot) even thou a court order back in 2012 against verizon said providers cannot block it they still do. so make sure first your able to

im able to download with hotspot on the 40 plan through metro but cant access websites and such. might be same with you
