Mid 2010 Macbook Booting Problem

Hello, my mid 2010 is able to load an OS i can either do internet recovery and it loads in but then while installing it gets stuck halfway or 3/4th of the way through. or i can use a boot drive and the same thing happens. I've  switched out ram and even the hard drive. Not sure what to do.
