Hey guys,

Just ran into a huge problem. I had an old hard drive laying around and wanted to see weather it still worked. I put it into my laptop and it worked but really slow, like 3 mb/s reading speeds. After some Google search I found out it is most likely dead. So I put back in my normal hard drive, and started my laptop. But I got the no bootable image found error. I installed it again for maybe it wasn't installed correctly, but still the same error. I have a windows install usb so I tried installing windows, but it did not see the drive. I don't know what to do. Can the old drive have killed my hard drive slot? I can't check that because I don't want to put back in the old hard drive again. Please help me, I am pretty desperate.

Marco
