Budget : approx 55,000 Indian Rupees to 60,000 Indian Rupees (Approx 750$ to 800 $) , including Monitor , Wireless network adapter , and keyboard+mouse

Concerns :

Is Ryzen 5 3500 a good C.P.U ?? (Here in India , it sells for about 148$ compared to Ryzen 5 2600 at 170$ and Ryzen 3600 at 227$) . Also as a side note , why are we not seeing much about Ryzen 5 3500 in the international market . It seems too good for it's price ?
Is a 550W power supply enough ?
Is the case good enough ?
