Networking with libvirt and two physical network ports

Hello.

I'm going to start of with that I'm not a network guru so I might be talking about things I have no clue on how it works.
My server has 3 physical network ports and I would like to use one for the host and the other for all the VM's created in libvirt. How can this be achieved?

My main network is 10.0.0.1/24, I would like the VM's to run on 10.0.1.1/24.

So the plan is that the VM's are reachable by other clients and not using NAT from the host.

I also use cockpit so if you know how to do it there then feel free to explain :D
