Well I firstly thought I hallucinate but sadly it is true...while looking at the deskop,I noticed that picture shakes to the right in a split of a second on one of my PCs.

That doesn't happen often but it happens.

Never had problem like that with this graphics card in previous computer.

Could it be PSU?

Monitor is brand new purchased 3 months ago,and I'm poisitive I don't have this issue on my second PC.

So what could it be guys?

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

prehaps you could try a new display cable.

or DDU the graphics driver, re-sit GPU and install GPU drivers again.

This is my second cable...

So it's not hardware issue?

Same cable I use with second PC,no issues....

I remember I havent installed new drivers because I had amd card previouslY which was r7 370..

I could swap back that card and see what would happen, but to me this looks like PSU issue maybe...

Its not a CRT right?

I never had an issue like that but that behavior seems to be of analog nature rather than digital.

Try to swap the screens does the other screen when connected to that computer do the same?

If yes what kind of cable do you use? VGA?  if yes is it possible to use HDMI/DP?

Are you sure? I mean does the flickering 100% occure on the other PC when you do the same stress test? Or is it more like a random occurrence?

Maybe the issue is related to your specific power outlet (the one you use for the monitor that plugs into that PC)

yup at first I just thought a region of your screen got copied in a slighted wrong position on one frame but watching it again on slow motion I see that this isnt the case...

Do you have anything around the monitor that could cause interference? such as ... a magnet? :P

You could check also your refresh rate go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display  then on the new window click the option on the left "change display settings" new screen will appear bottom right you'll see "advanced settings" click on that

a new window will appear click on the "monitor" labeled tab there you will see the "monitor settings" section under which you can see the screen refresh rate setting, can you change it ? (e.g from 59 to 60)

and just to be sure because reviewing your responses its not clear to me

a) did you resit the graphics card?

b) did you unplug the monitor in question and plug it to the other pc without having any similar issue?

So today and now at the moment screen is flickering a lot...I uninstalled display drivers and installed new ones, again same issue.

Tomorrow I will replace graphics card to see if the card is the issue..

As I stated previously there is no such issue with second PC...

The card is perfectly in it's place...

Screen flickers even in regular use, watching youtube...

From my experience I think the graphics card is maybe too strong for this PSU,so I will swap it to R7 370 and see what would happen with that card.

Ok.I swapped the graphics card, problem is even bigger as seen on the yt video.

I uninstalled display driver via safe mode with DDU and currently running at 1024x768 no issues. When I change to 2560x1440 native rez of monitor, problem persist even without display driver.

What else is left me to try?

Different monitor... if you already changed cables for a good quality one it looks like it's the only potential culprit left.

Its not the monitor..no issues on second PC with nVidia graphics card.

If it were monitor I'd have screen flickering on all 3 desktop PC don't you agree?

Are both the monitor and PC connected to grounded power outlets?

I measured all the voltages from PSU to multimeter were 12.19V and 5.06..

Even from both 6-pin got 12.18V..

So wtf now?

Ok this is what I figured out...just out of curiosity I lowered the refresh rate to 60 Hz in W10 display adapter settings and no flickering, immideatly when I setup 100 Hz/144Hz I got flickering....

Ok monitor is problem, but same monitor works normal with my second PC with 1660 Ti...

so wtf is issue here?

flickering with both amd cards at above 60 Hz, but no flickering with 1660 Ti and second PC.

Told you to change the settings to 60hz :P got a nose hahahaha now we are getting somewhere.

Maybe its a Gsync/Freesync kinda issue disable Freesync on your AMD card and keep refresh rate at the highest SPEC for that monitor (do not overclock the refresh rate just use the standard spec for this monitor some monitors may claim an X refresh rate but only as an OC so refer to your monitors manual if you are not sure what that figure is. )

If it stops flickering then your monitor is faulty or the specific model of that monitor in general doesnt play well with freesync.
