Hello , I would please like to know if you can use a Aux Splitter cable to have a Dedicated Microphone and Dedicated Headphones on an xbox one and if so will I be able to use a Condenser Microphone

As for the condenser mic... it's going to depend on the mic. There are some sold on amazon that include a headset adapter for use with consoles. I don't think it's a good idea to use a mic wired for XLR without a mixer of some sort in-between.
